1. Eligibility
You must be at least 13 years old and meet any higher minimum age required where you live. If you cannot legally accept these Terms, a parent or legal guardian must accept them for you. The App is not directed to children below the applicable minimum age.
2. License
JIUJIU TECH LIMITED grants you a limited, personal, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and non-sublicensable license to install and use the App on devices you own or control for lawful image-editing purposes.
You may not sell, rent, sublicense, redistribute, reverse engineer, bypass security, overload online services, remove proprietary notices, or use the App unlawfully, except where applicable law expressly permits otherwise.
3. Your content
You retain ownership of photos, text, and other content you import or create. You are responsible for having the rights and permissions needed to use, edit, save, and share that content, including copyright, trademark, privacy, publicity, and likeness rights. We do not claim ownership of your content.
You must not use the App for unlawful, fraudulent, defamatory, harassing, exploitative, or rights-infringing content; child sexual abuse material; harmful impersonation; malware; or material deception. Disclose AI-edited or altered imagery where law or context requires disclosure.
4. AI-assisted features
Automated or machine-learning tools may identify subjects and remove or replace backgrounds. Results may be incomplete or inaccurate because of image quality, lighting, occlusion, or fine details. Review results before relying on or sharing them. The App is a creative tool, not an identity-verification, evidence-analysis, medical, or safety-critical service.
5. App assets and third-party services
Unless a separate license says otherwise, bundled backgrounds, stickers, fonts, and other assets are for use in creations made with the App and may not be extracted or redistributed as a standalone collection. Optional online content may be delivered by third-party infrastructure. Third-party services and trademarks belong to their owners and are governed by their own terms.
6. Privacy
Our Privacy Policy explains how version 1.0 handles information and forms part of these Terms.
7. Updates and availability
We may update, add, change, or remove features and downloadable assets to address security, compatibility, legal, or product needs. Some updates may be required for continued use. We do not promise that every feature or asset will always be available on every device.
8. Disclaimer
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the App is provided "as is" and "as available." We disclaim implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, accuracy, and uninterrupted operation. Keep backups of important original and edited images. Nothing here limits non-waivable consumer rights.
9. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, JIUJIU TECH LIMITED and its service providers will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or lost profits, data, goodwill, or opportunities arising from the App. Our total liability will not exceed the greater of the amount you paid us for the App during the 12 months before the claim or USD 10. These limits do not apply where liability cannot legally be excluded or limited.
10. Termination
You may stop using the App by uninstalling it. We may suspend online features or terminate this license for a material violation, misuse, or serious security or legal risk. Provisions that by nature should survive termination will remain effective.
11. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Hong Kong, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. The courts of Hong Kong have jurisdiction, except where mandatory consumer law permits a claim in your place of residence. Contact us first and allow 30 days for an informal resolution.
12. General and contact
If a provision is unenforceable, the remainder stays in effect. Failure to enforce a term is not a waiver. These Terms and the Privacy Policy are the agreement concerning the App.
