1. Scope
This Privacy Policy explains how JIUJIU TECH LIMITED ("we," "us," or "our") handles information when you use AI Background Swap Studio, package name com.ai.swap.backgroundchanger.pro (the "App").
2. Photos and edited images
The App processes photos you select from your device or capture with your camera. It may create temporary files, cutouts, thumbnails, and final edited images to provide the features you request. Photo editing and background-removal processing take place on your device. We do not intentionally upload your photos or edited images to our servers.
Final images are saved only when you choose to save them. If you share an image, Android sends it to the app you select, and that app's privacy practices apply.
3. Information processed by version 1.0
Version 1.0 does not require an account and does not use third-party analytics or advertising SDKs. The App may store editing preferences, recent project state, and temporary image files locally on your device.
The App may contact a content service hosted with Backendless to retrieve optional backgrounds, stickers, categories, or related metadata. As with ordinary internet requests, the service may receive limited technical data such as an IP address, request time, requested file, and error information. This data is used to deliver and secure the requested content.
If you email us, we receive the address, message, attachments, and other information you choose to provide so we can respond and maintain appropriate support records.
4. Permissions
The App may request access to photos and media so you can select and save images, camera access so you can capture a photo, and network access for optional downloadable content. It does not request contacts, microphone recordings, precise GPS location, SMS, or call logs. You can revoke optional permissions in Android settings, although related features may stop working.
5. How information is used and disclosed
We process information only to provide editing, saving, sharing, support, content delivery, security, troubleshooting, and legal compliance. We do not sell personal information. Limited request data may be processed by Backendless and ordinary hosting or network providers solely to deliver and protect optional online content. We may disclose information where required by law or necessary to protect users, rights, and service integrity.
6. Retention and deletion
Photos, temporary editing files, and results remain on your device until you delete them, clear App storage, or uninstall the App. We do not retain server copies of locally edited photos. Support emails may be retained for up to 24 months after a request is closed, unless a longer period is reasonably required for legal obligations, security, or dispute resolution.
You can delete local information by deleting saved files, clearing the App's storage, or uninstalling it. The App has no user account to delete. For information we control, send a request to jjiu6027@gmail.com.
7. Your rights
Depending on where you live, you may request access, correction, deletion, restriction, objection, or portability, or complain to a data protection authority. We may need to verify a request and may retain limited information where required by law.
8. Security and international processing
We use reasonable safeguards, including encrypted network connections for App services and limited data collection. No storage or transmission method is completely secure. Backendless and network providers may process technical request data outside your country, subject to their safeguards and applicable law.
9. Children
The App is not directed to children under 13 or the higher minimum age required in their country. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children below that age. Contact us if you believe a child has provided personal information.
10. Changes
We will update this page before a future App version introduces materially different data practices, including analytics, advertising, accounts, or cloud photo processing. The current effective date will remain shown above.
